The controls below describe the platform capabilities that are currently in production. Nothing on this page constitutes a certification or an audit result.
Data ownership
Your organization owns the content it uploads and the content Oratorva AI generates on its behalf. You control who inside the organization can see, edit, publish, or delete each piece of content.

- ·Generated scripts, outlines, and repurposed content are owned by the workspace, not by Oratorva.
- ·Deleting a project deletes its associated AI content and suggestions.
Access controls
Every read and write against Oratorva's database is enforced by row-level security. A workspace's data is only reachable by members of that workspace, with the role you assign them.
- ·Personal workspaces are visible only to their owner.
- ·Organization workspaces are visible only to invited members.
- ·Five roles: Admin, Creator, Reviewer, Publisher, Viewer.
- ·Viewers cannot create or modify content.
Audit logging
Sensitive actions are recorded to a per-workspace audit log that only admins can read. This provides an accountability trail for compliance reviews and internal governance.
- ·Project created, updated, deleted.
- ·AI content generated, script enhanced, content repurposed.
- ·Members added or removed; roles changed.
- ·Workspace settings and retention policy changed.
Data retention
Workspace admins can set a retention policy per workspace. Content beyond the retention window is flagged for review and future automated purge. Personal workspaces default to no automatic deletion.
Responsible AI
AI in Oratorva is an assistant, not the author. Every AI output is reviewable and editable by the workspace's members before it goes anywhere.
- ·Original scripts are never overwritten by enhancements; improvements appear as new suggestions.
- ·Source material is used only to ground the current request; it is not shared across workspaces.
- ·AI-generated outputs are labeled and stored alongside the source they were derived from.
Authentication
Sign-in is protected by managed authentication. Sessions are validated on the server for every state-changing request; a signed-out user cannot reach workspace content.
Accessibility
Oratorva is built to serve public-sector, education, and community-facing organizations. The interface supports adjustable text size, high-contrast mode, reduced motion, keyboard navigation, and semantic labels for assistive technologies.
Global availability
Oratorva is a Progressive Web App. It installs to phones, tablets, and desktops, works over limited connections in low-data mode, and supports English, Spanish, and French with more languages on the roadmap.
Deletion
You can delete individual projects, AI suggestions, and organization workspaces at any time. Deletions cascade through related AI content and audit metadata for that workspace.
Shared responsibility
Oratorva AI provides the platform's controls: authentication, row-level access rules, audit logging, retention configuration, deletion, and accessibility features. Each organization is responsible for how it uses those controls — assigning appropriate roles, reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, setting a retention policy that fits its regulatory environment, and communicating internal privacy expectations to its members.
Compliance posture
Oratorva AI is architected with the principles behind SOC 2, FERPA-relevant education environments, and public-sector privacy expectations in mind. We do not claim any certification on this page. Organizations pursuing formal certification should treat Oratorva as a controlled processor within their compliance program and contact us for the current details of our infrastructure and data handling.
